Consumers are back in stores and the majority of them visit several times a week
Almost 50% have changed their shopping habits and most of them want to favour local shops and convenience stores
Lockdown had changed eating habits of 1 in 4 consumers: they want to eat healthier, support local producers and spend less
Impacted by the economic crisis, 93% of shoppers expect brands to offer them more promotional offers
Still nervous about visiting stores, they increasingly anticipate their shopping and meals. In this context, a challenge for brands is to influence them before their visit to the store
